Pecan Pie
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup, light Karo
syrup
1/4 cup of sugar
2 Tablespoons of flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
extract
1-1/4 cups of broken
pecans
To begin the process of baking a pecan pie, you first need to preheat the oven to 375 degrees. When the oven is preheated, mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the pecans. When the ingredients are ready to be put into the oven, bake slowly until done, it should take about one hour. Every year my grandmother bakes her homemade pecan pie at thanksgiving, and has passed on the recipe to all the members of the family.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese
3 cups water
1 1/2 Elbows Macaroni
Carnation Milk
8 Slices Non-fat yellow
cheese
2 cups shredded yellow
and white cheese
Seasoning salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Preheat oven to 350 º degrees.
Pour 3 cups of water in a pot, and let it boil. When boiled pour in 1 1/2 cups of Elbows Macaroni, then stir it around. After stirring let it boil for about 10-15 minutes. When cooked turn off the fire under the pan and drain the pasta with warm water.
Making cheese sauce: Warm up a pan with a minimal fire. Pour the can of carnation milk into the pan. As the milk begins to warm up start to add the slices of yellow cheese. While adding the cheese you must stir it into the milk so that id does not stick or burn on the bottom of the pan. When the cheese has melted into the milk, add the macaroni into the pot. Add a a little fire under the macaroni. Then add to your liking of seasoning salt and pepper. Add 3/4 cups of shredded cheese by sprinkling and stirring.
Get your pan ready: by greasing it with the tablespoon of butter. Then pout the macaroni into the baking pan. The last ingredients to be added are the 1/4 cup of shredded yellow and white cheese and the paprika. Sprinkle the remainder of cheese evenly onto the top of the macaroni. The sprinkle some paprika on the top of the cheese. Place the macaroni into the oven for 20-25 minutes. Before it can be ready ot be served you must let it sit for about 10 minutes.
